8.0 Web Standards
The CMHR has a strong commitment to making its content and services accessible to a wide range of disabilities. The Museum’s usability and accessibility guidelines for online content are as follows:
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) issued by the W3C
Standard on Web Accessibility and Standard on Web Usability (WAI -Web Accessibility Initiative -Priorities 1 and 2)
Our multimedia content is currently compliant to CLF2.0 and WAI Priority 3 elements.
Accessibility for formatted tables and forms is currently handled through assistive technologies (e.g., screen reader software, screen magnification, refreshable braille display, speech recognition, keyboard overlays).

- Testing (software and national users testing group)
